Our Sectors
Our Services
Infrastructure Repair
Infrastructure is a significant investment for public and private sectors and a highly visible asset. Havener Tech helps our clients protect this investment by utilizing various methods of Injection and Spray Applied Polyurethane services for new structures as well as rehabilitation and maintenance of existing utilities and structures.
Soil Stabilization
Voids occur for a variety of reasons, like water infiltration, poor soil compaction, a lack of compaction, or simply mother nature herself!
Voids and poor subsoils can cause major problems such as foundation settling, uneven or broken floor or walkway slabs, weakening or cracking of walls, financial loss, and downtime if not addressed in a timely manner.
Industrial Concrete Leveling
Closed cell expanding polyurethane is a hydro-insensitive, environmentally friendly, two part component, which when combined, expands up to 20 times its volume producing a light-weight, high-strength lifting solution.
Polyurea Secondary Containment
Our Polyurea systems are designed to be fast, effective, and affordable. We can apply our protective coating in nearly any environment to minimize corrosion and damage, delivering lasting protection and peace of mind.
Catch Basins
Our specially formulated coating will waterproof, structurally stabilize loose bricks, seal cracks and preserve catch basins for years to come. Oh yeah, we do it quickly making it more affordable.
Spray Foam Insulation
Spray Foam insulation is the most effective way to insulate any type of building. Whether using a 1/2 pound open-cell foam or a two-pound closed-cell foam, Spray Polyurethane foam creates an unsurpassed air barrier insulation system. This air barrier not only delivers thermal resistance against conduction (R-value) that surpasses batt and cellulose, it also dramatically reduces energy loss through convection.
