Reinforce & Protect
Advanced flexible polyurea coatings, applied directly to the substrate provide seamless containment for facilities and field applications. When applied directly to concrete or metal surfaces, polyurea reinforces and protects the underlying substrate years to come.
The spray applied coating is both waterproof and highly resistant to most chemicals. It creates a durable, seamless, flexible, protective barrier that stops leaks and strengthens the integrity of primary and secondary containment systems. The coating exhibits superior physical properties such as hardness, tensile strength, as well as crack bridging and elongation up to 400% to create a robust, industrial-grade protective lining.
Why Polyurea?
Polyurea's major benefit is its fast-set nature. It can Typically return an area to service many times faster than traditional coatings, allowing the owner to put the facility back in use without days and weeks of revenue-losing down-time. Down time for maintenance and coatings on water tanks, wastewater clarifiers, chemical storage tanks and concrete costs the facility
owner a great deal of money since these areas must be taken out of service while other coatings are applied and drying.
